You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for any activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

• No unlawful, harmful, or infringing use of the services.
• No attempts to disrupt, reverse engineer, or bypass security controls.
• No use of automated tools to scrape or overload the services.
• No submission of data you don't have rights to submit.

Our products use large language models and other AI systems. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific situation. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it, and for compliance with laws applicable to your use.

Forge Technologies retains all rights in the services and underlying software. You retain rights to content you submit; you grant us a limited license to process it in order to provide the services.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FORGE TECHNOLOGIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violation of these Terms or to protect the services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Forge Technologies LLC is organized, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
